4 bed / 3bath villa sleeps 8, very close to Disney World.

Welcome to our spacious and well equipped villa in the heart of Florida. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! It is a one storey home built 2004 with 4 bedrooms of which 2 is bedroom suites, one with king size bed and the other with a queen bed. Both have ensuite bathrooms with bathtub, shower and wc. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each room and share bathroom, which is equipped with bathtub, shower and wc. This bathroom is conveniently located close to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware if you wish to eat in. Two cots and two highchairs is included for your use if you should require this. Free phone calls within USA. Free high-speed wireless internet. Three TV-sets (cable), two is hd flat screens (42, 32 inch), blue ray player. Xbox 360 with kinect motion sensor.

Entering the villa takes you to the lounge and dining area. Seating for six in the sofas and eight around the dinnertable if you add two chairs from the kitchen. Tiles / carpet on the floor.

Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, blender, coffemaker, watercooker, dishwasher and all other household necessities, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment in the garage.
